1. What is the policy on refunds?
You have 14 days to obtain a complete refund for any payment you make. You're still entitled for a refund after the 14-day period.In a nutshell, we will never take advantage of the fact that you forgot to terminate your membership, for example. Refunds are handled manually, so you'll need to get in touch with us.
2. What modes of payment do you take?
You can use any major credit/debit card to make your payment. Depending on your location, payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay once a month or once in a year. Taxes will be added to the prices shown above, if applicable.
3. Is it possible for me to terminate my membership at any time?
Yes. By navigating to Settings Billing, you can cancel at any moment. Unless you request a refund, you can keep using the paid version until the subscription / trial period ends.
4. Do you give charitable and non-profit organisations discounts?
Yes. For charities and non-profit organisations, we provide a 20% discount. Simply provide us the accompanying documentation, such as a copy of your 501(c)(3) certificate (3).
5. Why is there a limit on how many posts you may make every day?
Daily post limitations are in place to prevent abuse and ensure proper resource allocation. We're attempting to establish positive relationships with social media platforms, which we won't be able to achieve if we spam them. More information regarding the daily post restrictions and our anti-spam measures may be found here. The current daily post restrictions should enough for the majority of use cases, however we're considering increasing them for news media companies. 6. What role does social media play in the growth of startups?
Startups can use social media to engage with their target audience, generate leads, get feedback, launch new products and services, and run advertising campaigns. They can also utilise social media for competitive analysis to keep an eye on their rivals.
7. Are you planning to raise my fee in the future?
While prices may rise at any time (due to rising business costs), Customers will be informed in advance about any change in the pricing.
8. What social networks is it compatible with?
You may use it to manage Facebook Pages, Groups, Instagram Business accounts, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn Profiles & Pages, Pinterest accounts, Google My Business locations, YouTube channels.
