User must not use any tool, programme, or procedure to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the correct operation of the Service, any transaction being carried out on the Service, or the use of the Service by any other person. User shall not publish spam or other inappropriate content on the Service.
- Registration & Security
User may be asked to register with AppuSocial using a social profile or with an email address and password in order to use certain products and services of the Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse registration of or to terminate an AppuSocial User. User is in charge of protecting the privacy of their AppuSocial account information.
- Access Termination
Your access to all or any portion of the Website may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and with immediate effect. You can stop using the Website or remove your AppuSocial account if you want to end this Agreement or your account (if you have one). Despite the aforementioned, if you have a paid account, we may only terminate it if you materially violate this Agreement and fail to correct the violation within seven (7) days of receiving notice from us of the breach; however, we reserve the right to terminate the Website immediately as part of a service shutdown. All provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination if they are intended by their terms to do so.
- Access to your AppuSocial Plan
The Service is only for the personal use of the User and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term “User” as used in this document also refers to Our paying clients (“Customers”). Certain terms and conditions in this Agreement only apply to Customers and do not apply to other Users. In the case that any terms or conditions that apply specifically to a customer conflict with any terms or conditions that apply to all users, the customer-specific terms/conditions shall take precedence. At any moment, we have the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Services, including the accessibility of any feature, database, or material. Additionally, without prior warning or responsibility, we reserve the right to impose restrictions on particular features and services or limit User access to some or all of the Services.
User confirms to us that they are at least 18 years old if they are an individual (i.e., not a corporation). Additionally, the user attests that using the service is authorised by law and that he or she is fully responsible for both choosing and using the service. Where prohibited by law, this Agreement is null and void, and access to the Service is no longer permitted. Only new Customers will be impacted by price changes. Current Clients will continue to pay the monthly cost that was requested in the beginning of the subscription, despite the possible change of prices or features provided in their plan..

If User is a customer, we give the following warranty to the customer: We will make commercially reasonable efforts in accordance with the standards of the industry to deliver the services in a competent and fault-free manner. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to swiftly fix any flaws in the Service as the Customer’s sole remedy and the extent of our liability. The following are the representations and warranties made by the customer: (i) with regard to all information provided to us, such as recipient information.
